As the world's biggest specialist digital dance distributor, Label Worx has spent the last ten years refining what it takes to run a digital record label. Working with some of the biggest names in the industry, including CUFF, Toolroom, Enhanced, Snatch! and Armada, Label Worx understands the importance of not only running a label behind the scenes, but providing a recognisable brand to fans on and off the dance floor.

With many record labels rapidly becoming more than just an outlet for music, being able to promote your brand in a wide variety of ways is becoming an integral part of running a successful label. Speaking about the partnership with Single Pattern, Label Worx's Executive Label Manager, Dom Kerley, said:

'We are really excited by this partnership as we identified merchandise as a key area for labels to expand into in order to help further the growth of their brands. I first heard of Single Pattern whilst attending a conference in Paris and loved their approach towards simplifying the process for labels. It's a really easy to use platform where the labels have complete control of the design aspect; they then have a shop front that they can direct fans to and what's even better is that the whole order fulfilment aspect is handled by Single Pattern - this is often the part labels get stuck at. On top of all that, there are no upfront fees - it continues the Label Worx ethos of keeping things simple and transparent for everyone involved.'

Having signed up to the Single Pattern platform, labels are able to upload their own designs to a range of high quality clothing and merchandise items supplied by Single Pattern. Once set up with their own 'store front', they can send fans directly to it and orders are completed on-demand, printed and then shipped straight to the customer without the label having to store and handle any stock at all. Single Pattern's Benjamin Aliguie spoke about working with Label Worx:

'Since its launch, Single Pattern has always made its best efforts to help independent electronic music labels please their fans with quality merchandising. Thanks to our completely free, on-demand merch service, labels and artists can focus on what they're the best at: creating. More than 100 artists and labels already work with us, among them are Gary Beck, Ovum, Bass Culture, DJ Hell, Skryptom and Dement3d. Today, we're really excited by this new partnership with Label Worx, a company that shares the same vision as us about providing innovative and hassle-free services to labels. 50 Label Worx labels have already opened their shop with Single Pattern and we can't wait to welcome more of them!'

Creating a brand and putting it into the hands of fans has never been easier for labels and artists - to find out more, head to Single Pattern.

We are proud to welcome 'Bla Bla' to the Label Worx family.

Besides being a solid international music label of head honcho Daniel Sanchez, Bla Bla Music focusses on club nights, weekly podcasts and even a DJ/producer school. It was 8 years ago, when Bla Bla hosted its first club nights in Studio 80 in Amsterdam. These events were highly attended and were a great success, meanly because minimal techno really was booming at that moment. In 2009, Daniel Sanchez decided it was time to expand Bla Bla to an actual electronic music label.
